Dues are $300 a year paid in 2 installments of $150. Installments are due in March and September of each year.
Dues are used to upkeep property such as landscaping fees, electricity, water, cleaning, and repair of any property that falls in disrepair. For a more thorough list please click below to see the Yearly Financial Statement.

Currently, there are 2 bi-annual meetings in April and October of each year. Homeowners are notified of the date and time a month in advance.
